Clifford Michael Nimegeers
Background:
Clifford was raised one of 13 children on a large cattle and grain farm in the
Weyburn, Saskatchewan area. He graduated from Weyburn High School and continued
his education with the University of Saskatchewan. There he achieved his Bachelor
of Arts (English/Philosophy) and thereafter his Bachelor of Laws (1966).
He was called to the Bar in 1967.
Practice History:
Clifford has practiced law in Swift Current since 1966. He has experience
in most areas of the law including criminal, civil litigation, family law,
surface rights and mineral rights, wills & estate planning, all types of
farm and ranch and commercial sales, and general practice. He is now focused
particularly in the following areas:
- Wills, Estate Planning & Wealth Management
- Home, Farm & Business Transactions and Mortgages
Contributions to Community:
- Founder, Canadians Share (Local Disaster Relief Charity)
- Long standing activities with the Church Community including Building Advisory, Parish Council, etc.

- Extensive Presentations for Surface Rights Associations in various communities throughout Southwest Saskatchewan

Carla Marie Carlson
Background:
Youngest of three children, Carla Carlson was born and raised in Swift Current,
Saskatchewan. She graduated from the Swift Current Comprehensive High School
and attended the University of Calgary where she achieved her Bachelor or
Social Work. She worked as a Social Worker for a number of years in the capacity
of a Child Welfare Worker, Crisis Intervention worker, private counselor and
community programmer. She then attended the University of Saskatchewan and
received her Bachelor of Laws with Great Distinction (2001). Carla was called
to the Bar in 2002. She is married and has two daughters.
Practice History:
Carla has experience both as a Social Worker and as a Lawyer with Court
processes and procedures. Her social work training uniquely qualifies her
to deal with family dynamics and challenging situations. Her preferred
areas of practice include:

- Home, Farm & Business Transactions and Mortgages
- Family Law/Property Settlements/Adoption
